Partner programme

Do the fieldwork.
We handle the intelligence.

Your firm captures GPR data. We turn it into classified, depth-estimated, GIS-ready utility maps — white-labelled and back in your hands in under 24 hours. No algorithm building required.

No commitment required
Try it on your own data first.

Send us two real jobs from your radar system. We process them free and return the complete white-label output package — so you can judge accuracy and format on data you already know, before deciding anything.

Your files, your site Use any two jobs from a site where you already know the subsurface — so you can verify the detections yourself.
Full output — white-labelled You get the PDF report, annotated B-scans, and GIS files exactly as your clients would receive them. With your firm name on the cover.
Back within 24 hours No extended evaluation periods. Submit today, review the output tomorrow, make your decision.
Why partner with SubGeoMap

Expand what your firm can offer

You survey. We analyse. You deliver more — without hiring a single ML engineer or building your own processing pipeline.

White-label reports

Every output carries your firm's name and branding. Your clients receive professional PDF reports and GIS files as if produced entirely in-house — SubGeoMap is invisible.

24-hour turnaround

Upload a file today, receive a complete classified utility map tomorrow — every time. Predictable SLAs so you can quote clients with confidence and keep projects on schedule.

Volume-based pricing

No per-seat licences or monthly minimums for lower tiers. Pay per scan-line batch. As your volume grows, your unit rate drops — structured for the realities of survey firm workload.

Every format your clients need

Outputs include SHP, KMZ, DXF, GeoJSON, and annotated PDF. Whatever GIS or CAD platform your client uses, we deliver a file that opens natively — no conversion step required.

Confidence scores included

Every detected utility carries a model confidence score. This means your reports are auditable — clients see exactly how certain each detection is, which builds trust and protects your firm.

Dedicated partner contact

Each partner firm gets a named contact — not a support queue. Questions about a specific job, format issues, or edge cases are handled directly by the team that built the analysis pipeline.

The workflow

From your radar data to your client — in four steps

The entire process is asynchronous. No calls, no back-and-forth. Just a file transfer protocol that fits around your field schedule.

1
Complete the survey

Your team scans the site as normal. No special equipment required — we work with every major GPR system.

2
Upload the raw files

Transfer DZT, RD3, SGY, or DT1 files via our secure upload portal. Supported transfer sizes up to 10 GB per job.

3
AI processes overnight

Detection, classification, depth estimation, and georeferencing run automatically. You receive a notification when outputs are ready.

4
Deliver to your client

Download white-labelled reports and GIS files from your partner dashboard. Deliver directly — no mention of SubGeoMap, ever.

Output package

What comes back for every job

Each job returns a complete intelligence package — not just raw detections, but interpreted, confidence-scored, and formatted data your clients can act on immediately.

Common questions

Things survey firms usually ask first

No. Every output — PDF reports, file metadata, and delivery emails — is white-labelled with your firm's branding. The SubGeoMap name, logo, and domain do not appear anywhere in the output package. On Growth and Enterprise tiers you supply your own report template; on Starter we use a neutral template with your firm name and logo.
We accept DZT (GSSI SIR series), RD3 (Sensors & Software / Mala), SGY (SEG-Y standard), DT1 (Noggin series), and IDS GeoRadar formats. These cover the vast majority of active GPR systems in the market. If your radar system produces a different proprietary format, get in touch before sending files — we can often accommodate it after a brief format review.
Non-RTK data is fully supported. Without georeferencing we can't produce a spatial map layer, but we still deliver full AI detection, classification, depth estimation, confidence scores, and annotated B-scan imagery. These outputs are included in the white-label report and are often sufficient for clients who don't need a GIS deliverable.
A "job" is defined as a single site or project submission — typically one GPR survey session resulting in a set of scan-line files. There is no limit on file size or scan-line count per job within the tier limits. Exact per-job pricing is shared during the partner onboarding call and depends on your selected tier. There are no hidden fees, and invoicing is monthly in arrears.
Yes. Most partnerships start with a two-job pilot at no commitment. Submit representative files — ideally from a site where you already know the subsurface conditions — and we will return a complete output package so you can evaluate accuracy and output format before deciding to proceed. Mention "pilot" in your application message and we will confirm the arrangement.
Tier 1 file analysis works for any data from anywhere in the world — geography is irrelevant when you're sending us files. Our AI was trained on data from a range of soil types and urban environments. For Tier 2 and 3 field services we currently operate primarily in Turkey. If you're a survey firm elsewhere and want a file-processing partnership, there is no coverage barrier.
Yes, and we recommend it. Mention NDA in your application and we will send a mutual confidentiality agreement before any file transfer takes place. On Enterprise tier an NDA is included as standard in the partnership agreement. Your client data and project details are never shared, retained beyond the processing window, or used for any purpose other than completing your job.
